About Blackbrook Business Park
Located on the outskirts of Taunton, Blackbrook Business Park comprises approximately 31 acres, with a variety of local, regional and national occupiers. Situation at junction 25 of the M5, the business park is 40 miles south west of Bristol, 35 miles north of Exeter and 25 miles west of Yeovil.
Taunton town centre is only two miles away, providing frequent direct rails services to London Paddington. An Express by Holiday Inn, situated on the business park, provides an ideal place to stay.
Despite being so close to major amenities and transport routes, the business park enjoys a rural surrounding, with views of the Blackdown and the Quantock Hills. A stream runs through the park and in the spring and summer provides a home for ducks and swans.
Enter the site through the barrier-controlled entrance road; please park in the visitors’ parking area and register with security staff in the gatehouse. You will be issued with your pass.
You will be directed through the large gates to the main car parking area. Once you have parked your vehicle, you will be escorted to the main SWFC building and taken to your meeting venue or to meet your host.

If you are travelling by rail, the nearest station is Taunton, which is approximately 15 minutes drive or taxi from SWFC.
By air
The two nearest airports to SWFC are Bristol and Exeter. Both are approximately 30 minutes by road fromSWFC.
From M5 junction 25, travelling north
Exit the motorway at junction 25, using the left hand lane on the slip road (traffic light controlled). Take the first exit off the roundabout into Blackbrook Business Park. Proceed over the next two mini roundabouts, Harvester and Holiday Inn Express will be on your right. After the second roundabout, proceed for approximately half a mile - this is a fairly straight road and you will pass AC Mole Accountants, Porter Dodson Solicitors and Ashfords Solicitors. Just after Ashfords Solicitors, turn right into SWFC.
From M5 junction 25, travelling south
Exit the motorway at junction 25 using the centre lane on the slip road (traffic light controlled). Take the third exit off the roundabout into Blackbrook Business Park. Proceed over the next two mini roundabouts, Harvester and Holiday Inn Express will be on your right. After the second roundabout, proceed for approximately half a mile - this is a fairly straight road and you will pass AC Mole Accountants, Porter Dodson Solicitors and Ashfords Solicitors. Just after Ashfords Solicitors, turn right into SWFC.
Turn onto the A358 from Ilminster. Proceed on this road; you will eventually reach a set of traffic lights at Thornfalcon. Continue straight ahead towards Taunton. You will then reach the roundabout at junction 25 of the motorway, Take the second exit into Blackbrook Business Park. Proceed over the next two mini roundabouts, Harvester and Holiday Inn Express will be on your right. After the second roundabout, proceed for approximately half a mile - this is a fairly straight road and you will pass AC Mole Accountants, Porter Dodson Solicitors and Ashfords Solicitors. Just after Ashfords Solicitors, turn right into SWFC.
Head towards Taunton along the A38 from Wellington. At the roundabout take the second exit towards the town centre. When you reach a set of traffic lights, (with Tesco’s on your left), continue straight on in the right lane, through the next set of traffic lights. The road now bears round to the right, as you do so move into the left lane and bear round to the left. You will see Taunton Crown Court on your left, with the police station on your right. Continue on this road through two sets of pedestrian crossing lights, straight though the next set of traffic lights, where you will see Sainsbury’s on your left and a BP garage on your right. Go to the next set of traffic lights and turn right down East Reach. Go through several sets of traffic lights until you reach the bottom of East Reach, after Rowcliffes Vauxhall on your right. Go through the next set of traffic lights along Critchard Way to the roundabout, with Wickes Superstore straight ahead of you. Take the third exit off this roundabout and proceed along Toneway to the Creech Castle traffic lights. Go straight across these lights and proceed to the next roundabout (you will see B&Q on your left as you do so). Take the second exit and proceed to the roundabout at junction 25 of the motorway. Take the fourth exit into Blackbrook Business Park. Proceed over the next two mini roundabouts, Harvester and Holiday Inn Express will be on your right. After the second roundabout, proceed for approximately half a mile - this is a fairly straight road and you will pass AC Mole Accountants, Porter Dodson Solicitors and Ashfords Solicitors. Just after Ashfords Solicitors, turn right into SWFC.
